Santa
Fe invites you to hold your special occasion in our unique
and private alfresco courtyard.
Perfect
for family celebrations, anniversaries, office Christmas parties,
corporate day out, sports clubs, singles clubs, birthday parties
or just a get-together. Our courtyard is a flat area, no steps,
perfect for wheelchair access and fragile guests.
Courtyard
hire: NZ$100 per hour for your catered occasion - includes
full use of the Hacienda kitchen & toilet facilities.
(Accommodation is not included in this price, but is available
- click ). Please note
there are evening time restrictions as we are in a residential
area.
Smaller
Occassions: without catering 10-12 people, $20 per head
for the Courtyard use, includes corkage, power, water, toilet
facilities.
Additional
optional services:
Catering:
60 people maximum. Costs depend on your requirements and
menu - we can provide a caterer, let us know your menu ideas
and we will price for you.
Hostesses:
one per 20 guests at NZ$20 per hour. Our hostesses will pour
drinks and deliver tray service to your guests as required.
Corkage:
BYO $3 per head.
Ice:
we suggest 2 bags per 10 guests, we can organise for you.
Table
linen: table cloths, napkins etc.
Rubbish
removal: $50 standard fee for larger gatherings.
Hireage
for dining: dining plates, serving plates, utensils, glassware,
ashtrays etc. We can organise superior or standard hire or
disposable plates and cutlery.
Flowers:
organise your own floral arrangements or we can supply
(eg 50 roses @$160 with 2 colour choices)
Music
/speciality lighting: We can arrange this to suit (although
please be mindful of our time restrictions and volume limits
due to our residential location).
Please
note that Bobbie will be present in a low profile manner for
all functions, as this is a requirement of Santa Fe's licensing.
